Your monthly edit time covers small changes like updating text, swapping a photo, posting an update, or changing your contact details. Bigger jobs like a new page or a full redesign get a separate quote first.

Each plan includes a set amount of edit time each month: Entry 30 minutes, Starter 1 hour, Pro 1.5 hours, Showcase 2.5 hours. Reports are quarterly on Entry and Starter, monthly on Pro and Showcase. Once your monthly edit time is used, more work is available as a prepaid block of time at your plan rate, billed in 30-minute increments, so we encourage you to send your requests together. Blocks do not roll over. Bigger jobs like a new page or a redesign get a separate quote first.

What is the most affordable website you offer?

The Entry tier is the most affordable, starting at $1,499 to build plus $99 a month for the Care Plan. It is a 1 to 2 page, mobile-first website with click-to-call, SSL, hosting, and a Google Business Profile claim, built for solo operators who need a clean, professional presence.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the build price for your tier plus the monthly Care Plan, and that is it. Add-ons like a chatbot or Google Ads management are optional and listed with their prices. When we send your quote, the price is locked before you sign.

What is the difference between the tiers?

Mostly page count and features. Entry is 1 to 2 pages, Starter is 3 to 5, Pro is 6 to 9 with service-area pages and a booking or quote form, and Showcase is 10 to 15 or more with galleries and multi-location support. Higher tiers also include more monthly edit time and more frequent reporting.

How do payments work? Do you offer a payment plan?

We split each build into two payments: a deposit to reserve your start date and the balance when the site is ready to launch. The Care Plan is then billed monthly. We accept card and bank transfer.

What happens if I use up my monthly edit time?

Once your included edit time is used for the month, more work is available as a prepaid 30-minute block at your plan rate. Blocks are billed in 30-minute increments and do not roll over, so it helps to send your edit requests together. Bigger jobs like a new page get a separate quote first.

Why is there a monthly fee? Can I just pay once?

The monthly Care Plan keeps your site online and safe after launch: managed hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and included edit time. A website is not a one-time purchase; it needs upkeep to stay secure and current, so the Care Plan is included with every build and has a 12-month minimum.

Can I upgrade to a bigger tier later?

Yes. Many businesses start small and add pages or features as they grow. We quote the additional work separately so you always know the cost before it happens.
